What Sets Us Apart

QUALITY WORK

Compliance with project specifications and plans, particularly regarding required depths.

Ensure proper sprinkler spacing and maintain it during installation.

Precision and efficiency in execution.

Proper compaction to ensure a durable finish with no future trench settlement.

Careful finishing to blend seamlessly with natural elements.

High-quality installation using all types of Rain Bird, Toro, and similar components (PVC/HDPE piping, cast iron/HDPE/PVC fittings, mechanical, gasketed, or solvent-welded joints).

NMP trains its employees according to manufacturer recommendations and ensures those standards are followed.

UNMATCHED SERVICE

Planning and support before, during, and after installation to ensure the success of the irrigation system

Careful protection of existing site infrastructure

Adaptability to the client’s design and specific needs

Preparation and adherence to the construction schedule while maintaining flexibility for real-world constraints

Proactive management throughout all project phases (procurement, execution)

TURNKEY PROJECTS

Technical consulting services from design through construction

Fully integrated partnership between design and execution

In-depth analysis of client needs to deliver tailored solutions

HDPE Pipes

  • Fewer breaks with HDPE — and the perceived complexity of repairs is often overstated.
  • Systems can be designed using both pipe types. Multiple connection options are available, including cast iron fittings.
  • HDPE provides superior watertightness because pipes and fittings are fused together, creating a continuous system with no exposed joints.
  • Better freeze resistance: HDPE pipe expands rather than cracking. However, HDPE systems must still be blown out in the fall just like a traditional system.

PVC Pipes

  • PVC pipes are easy to repair.
  • Fittings used are primarily PVC or cast iron. Joint types include solvent-welded PVC-to-PVC, gasketed PVC-to-PVC, PVC-to-cast iron with rubber gasket (“push-on”), and PVC-to-cast iron with mechanical joints.
  • PVC pipes are readily available, as suppliers typically maintain inventory.
  • Because of the various fittings used to connect sections, PVC systems present a higher risk of leaks.
  • More susceptible to freeze damage: the PVC compound is more rigid, limiting expansion during freeze swelling.
